These Terms govern your use of HTG — Housey The Game (“HTG” or the “App”), operated by AspireEdge Solutions Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us” or “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and account
You must meet the minimum age and other eligibility requirements applicable to you. Keep your sign-in credentials and one-time passwords secure. You are responsible for activity on your account and must provide accurate information.
2. Gameplay and private rooms
HTG offers Tambola/Housie-style gameplay, including public contests and private rooms. Public contests are made available by the platform. Private rooms may be created by eligible hosts and joined using a code shared by the host. Private rooms are free to join and do not deduct Gems as an entry fee. Room limits and host features depend on the plan displayed in the App.
3. Gems are virtual items
Gems are virtual in-app items used only for eligible features within HTG. They are not money, a deposit, stored value, or a promise of cash or other real-world value. Gems cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to other users. Do not buy or use Gems expecting cash returns. Eligible game rewards, entry costs, limits and rules will be displayed in the App.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
Where available, Gem packages and subscriptions are offered at the price, duration and terms shown at purchase. Payments are handled by the payment provider or store shown in the App. Subscription renewal, cancellation and refund terms are subject to the applicable store/provider rules and mandatory law. We may update future package availability or pricing, subject to applicable requirements.
5. Fair play and prohibited conduct
You must not exploit bugs, manipulate results, automate play in an unauthorized way, reverse-engineer or disrupt the service, impersonate another person, abuse advertising/reward systems, or attempt to gain Gems or subscription benefits through fraud. We may investigate suspected abuse and take proportionate action, subject to applicable law.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or discontinue features to maintain or improve the App. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every contest will always be available. Contest rules displayed in the App apply to that contest.
7. Intellectual property
The App, branding, software and content are owned by or licensed to the operator and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the App for personal, permitted purposes only.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limitations of liability must be interpreted subject to applicable law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access for suspected fraud, security risks, material violations of these Terms or legal requirements. You may stop using the App at any time. Account/data deletion requests can be sent to the contact below, subject to applicable retention obligations.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
11. Governing law and contact
These Terms are subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer protections. The operator’s legal name, address and governing-law details should be completed before publication.
